Happy 4th of July!!

RED, WHITE & BLUE!!

This year for the 4th of July we went to the "Nation" so Mayson could be in her first parade!!

She loved it! I think having the wagon stocked full of really good cookies & candy made the whole thing possible!

After the parade we went up to Dawnk's & had a bbq! Once again Mayson was the life of the party & reminded me so much of her Dad!!
She would put the Pepsi box on her head & march around! It was really funny!!

& then the Fireworks! We got the perfect spot in Carnation. We got to see them from the comfort of our own car! Mayson watched about half of them then fell asleep. I was surprised she could sleep through all the bangs, but when you party with a box on your head all day your bound to crash sometime!! :)

Mayson in HER house!!

This is MY house.......

With all the HOT weather we spent a lot of time playing in the sprinkler & in Mayson's house in our backyard! She loves this little house & could spend the whole day moving the dishes from the cupboard to the fridge!

She would shut the door then open it and scream BYE BYE!! I think she was telling me I'm busy so go away....I don't have time for you!

Life doesn't get much better then this!!

Here is Mayson eating vegetables! Yes that is a big deal for her, so of course we made a big deal about it! We told her since she is 1 she should be eating them like a big girl! Then she showed us...yep I'm 1!!

See they are not soo bad....still smiling! (even though I would never eat a cooked pea)! She doesn't need to know that! :)

Mayson got to play with her 2nd cousins this last Friday! It was so much fun to see the girls together! Mayson does need to work on her sharing though! She is too used to being the only show in town!!

Puppy Park!!

Last weekend I got to sleep in while the rest of the family went to the Puppy Park then to breakfast! I must say I was a little jealous that I did miss out on breakfast, but sleeping in is hard to come by these days...so I missed out!

With all the hot weather this week, me & Miss Mayberry bombed out to Carnation to visit Miss Lisa & Daa! aka- Dawnk!!

When we arrived at Miss Lisa's she stripped May down to nothing & hooked up the sprinkler!

Mayson could not of been happier! Just what she needed on a hot spring day!

Sucking her tummy in! It was funny because May kept grabbing her belly like "WOW" look how big it is without a shirt on! She loved the sprinkler. Was playing in it until she would shiver & still stand there not wanting to stop! Too cute!

Mayson's first drink from the hose! She is a total "Nation" girl! I love it! She loves it more!! :)

Thanks Lisa & Daa for the great day! Next time we will bring her swimsuit! :)

....Mayson Mary's 18 Month stats.....

weight: 22lbs. 13oz. (30%)

length: 32 1/2in. (75%)

mellon: 18 1/4in. (50%)

So what that says is...we have a tall, skinny girl with a perfectly average size head!!

Maypie shot up the height chart from 50% to 75%! She went down in weight from 50% to 30%, but I'm not too surprised since she cant hold still for more then 1 second. She is burning everything off before it even hits her tummy!

Daddy & Mimi took May to her Dr. appt. It made Matt's day to hear his little girl is doing excellent in sign language, talking & developing. He is a very proud Dad! Very Proud! :)
