christmas morning

we got up around 8am and made monkey bread.

while that was cooking we started to slowly open presents.

mainly the presents that santa left unwrapped.

mayson so excited and so in ahh...that santa really came and left presents.

"some he didn't even wrap momma."

and look santa ate part of my cookie and drank some milk.

maxie is up and found his new cop coupe.

sissy on her new chalk scooter.

max's face says it all.

christmas eve

after tubby and before bed we decided we would let the kids open

one present each. yep...it's new christmas jammies. they loved them,

but i have a feeling in a few years jammies will not make them this excited.

dawnk also stopped by and brought them some stocking stuffers...

reese's in a candy cane and night lights. omg. night lights. huge hit then. huge hit still.

mayson kept walking and talking like a little old lady with her candy cane. goon.

max opened miles present for him.

and yep again...they got matching ones.

off to bed morells. santa is coming.

and santa came.

my favorite is that dog the bounty hunter is on tv.

living in duvall. yeah.

santa baby

we took our annual drive out to uncle jon's and aunt judy's to visit santa.

we love that santa goes to their neighboor hood for a quick visit before christmas

so we can drop off our santa letters. we were hoping that the morell kids would be a little more

excited to see santa this year, but nope, not so much.

max talked to the deer like it was a dog.

uncle jon couldn't make it...he was home not feeling so well. ;)

sloane wants no part of santa.

won't get out of the pink coupe. refused. screamed if we

even tried to remove him.

so we gave in and this is our family picture this year with santa.

matt forced him out and tried to make up for it with a cookie.

sloane still doesn't want to see santa. but captain does.

uncle jj gave santa his list too.

after seeing santa, we went to red robin for some yumm.
