I opened Mayson's bedroom door this afternoon, to find this....

Little Ladybug

Today May came out of her room in this little number, and I mean little number!

This Ladybug costume is size 6-12 months. NO JOKE!

Here is May at 11 months old on her 1st Halloween with the same Ladybug costume on!

And here is May now at 3.5 years old with it on once again!!

It fit her perfectly.

She still looked adorable in it....

...and a little special!

I don't think you could act "normal" in a costume you wore over 2 years ago and it still fits...

...can you?!

Looks a little splotchy in spots dude...you need to learn how to rub it in equally! 

Happy Mother's Day

I had a wonderful Mother's Day! Even though we took NO pictures of me and my kids.

 Lame I know. Not sure why. Not on purpose. It just never happened.

I was spoiled with beautiful flowers a card that PROMISED a get away with ONLY me and Matt in the near future (taking names now for bbsitters! haha!!) and my choice for breakfast and dinner. That meant I didn't have to clean up either!

Lunch time I got a pedicure. Double whammy...toes done and time alone! Sounds mean of me on Mother's Day and all, but trust me we all need the break!

Before my awesomely home cooked dinner, MayPie and I ran out to bring my Mom some flowers at her tree...and look..

...the 1st blossom on her tree this year! Perfect timing!

A little Home Depot

cuz we had time

I found out last month that the 1st Saturday of every month Home Depot has a kids craft from 9am - 12pm.

Last night about 10pm I remembered that it was today! Mayson was so excited to go. If we only had a quarter for how many times she told us she wanted to go to Home Depot...on our way lady..on our way!

Mayson got her Home Depot apron-with her name on it of course,

 her flare (a pin with the project they do that day on it),

and her project kit.

Matt made a few chuckles about how he was just like Captain Awesome. ha

I made a few chuckles about how Captain Awesome would have already been done with the project!! ha :)

Even Dumpy got his own apron with his name on it!

(don't worry Mimi-we had them put Max on it!!)

Even with Matt reading the instructions a few times, the whole craft really took about 10 minutes if that.

Mayson was so not ready to be finished and kept telling us she just wanted to stay and "play" at Home Depot. We choose to go eat breakfast instead!

I have now put the 1st Saturday in my phone as a reminder so we can go kid craft.

Super fun (and it's free!!) and can't wait til Max can join in the fun.

I'm not sure that there is anyone else that can make me laugh so hard I cry everytime I talk to them?

You are truly gifted in the humor department. You find humor when you need to and that is a lot harder to do then most think.

I love your singing voicemails of Brittney, your funny rants about whatever and whoever, but most of all I love our talks about our Moms.

it won't be long til we are sitting on the beach in Mexico far away from reality for hopefully at least a week. That is one dream we are making come true!

I wish you nothing but the best day ever and all the carrot cupcakes you can eat!

I hope your wish comes true...we all do.

Hola Bebe Carlos!

I can see the light at the end of my pregnancy tunnel! Soon we get to meet our last family member. Like 30 days soon. We are all so excited. Still a little scared at times to think about how we will manage it all, but nonetheless over the top to meet our little man we call Carlos!

We were lucky enough to get one last sneak peak at our boy. We cashed in our "family perk" card and did one of my old time favorite things...spying!! :)

Here is baby Carlos at 35 weeks.

 He looks so much like The Milian, except with a squashed nose.

Running out of room in there budders.

There are so many things we still DON'T know about baby Carlos....

*will he have blonde hair

*will he have blue eyes

*will he be "electric" like his big sissy

*will he be a charmer like his big brother

 ....but the one thing we DO know is...

we don't have to worry about calling him baby Carla!
